PassagePoint ® Global v10 is STOPware's comprehensive enterprise-level visitor management software suite. Its unique capabilities include mass notification, centralized control, customized screens and live background checks for easier implementation on a local or global scale. PassagePoint Global v10 also offers integration with IT infrastructures to link to any ODBC or LDAP directory systems for enterprise level applications, as well as the capability to create a directory of hosts. PassagePoint ® Global v10 also seamlessly integrates with Microsoft ® Outlook for sending vCal pre-registration appointments. The system can be set up in five languages (English, Japanese, French, German and Spanish) - out of the box.
PassagePoint EDU is designed specifically for the K-12 education market with advanced features to help manage and control access and monitor pedestrian traffic. The system gives users the ability to scan business cards, driver licenses, passports or other forms of ID for easy data entry and to provide temporary badges which show the visitor is authorized to be in the school. Additional features include the ability to post child custodial information and to pre-register visitors, substitute teachers and groups. The system offers a variety of report templates or the data may be assembled for customized reports. The software also includes watch list notification and ability to search against a national sex offender database.
PassagePoint Mobile is a convenient hand-held wireless device which can be used remotely by security staff to complete the identification, authentication and badging process in one step, prior to the individual entering the facility. Integrated features include a barcode scanner and a magnetic swipe reader for quick capture of driver's licenses and other identification information. Badges can be printed locally on a Zebra wireless printer utilizing Bluetooth technology. PassagePoint Mobile is based on a Symbol hardware platform running Windows Mobile OS ® and is compatible with PassagePoint EDU and PassagePoint Global v10.
